Many of you can relate to this. At some point every couple of years we all experience what is known as the "conversion" period. Using new and improved software for our business. Despite the advanced training, on-line help, 800 numbers, manuals, personal in-house computer geek or guru, we grow a little balder (from hair pulling) or a little grayer (just prior to hair pulling) and a bit more irritable (to put it mildly) in an effort to make the transition as "seamless" as possible.
